By far Donna Perry is the absolute best title closer / processor. She goes above and beyond, communication is fantastic and great to work with. I have been in real estate for 20 years and have worked with so many title companies that lack all of the above, it is a breathe of fresh air to have somebody like Donna that truly cares about the people she is working with. Wish I could have all closings with her!!

Mr. Dougherty defended me in a personal injury case (libel/slander) and successfully defended me using a combination of excellent legal knowledge, strong negotiating skills, timing and tactical skill, and most importantly, knowledge of how the application of law works in the Florida court system.
