I could not be more pleased with the representation and legal advice I received from Mr. Andy Ingram. I found him to be very capable and it was apparent to me from the start he had the experience not only the in the law and procedures but knew the court system well in Marion County including judges and prosecutors. His advice to turn down a plea deal (which in part would have left me with no record of the charges) was the best advice ever and as we approached the pending trial date he was able to get the charges dropped and the case dismissed just prior to jury selection. He knew we had a strong case and things could not have worked out better for me in the end. I've never been so happy as when he called to say the prosecution had dismissed the case! I could not recommend Mr. Ingram more highly!

In April of 2022, I was arrested for defending my home and property from a subject who was refusing to leave my residence. Upon my release, I first tried to handle the matter through the Public Defender's Office. Weeks went by with no sort of contact and it did not appear as though the Public Defender had my best interests in mind. After enough frustration, I finally contacted the Dunham & Ingram Office and I wish I had done it sooner! Mr.Ingram acted swiftly and professionally. He reassured me and helped dispel any concerns I had. He also went through with me and explained step by step how the process would go. When I sent emails to his office or called them on the phone, there was always a friendly voice on the other side that was willing to speak to me. Mr.Ingram responded to my emails promptly and timely on every occasion. Mr.Ingram conducted his research of my case and found that I acted within accordance of the law and subsequently filed a "Motion to Dismiss". Within 3 days, the state attorney's office had dismissed all of the charges against me. Andy did more to help me within a week, than the public defender did within a month. If you find yourself in a terrible situation like I did, call Mr.Ingram. This is your life and livelihood at risk. I can't thank him enough for the services he offered to me.

I was on felony probation and had a misdemeanor warrant issued. After calling a few lawyers that only wanted to talk money, I lucked out and got Andy. This man listened, ask questions, I mean really dug in deep. This was all before money was discussed. He then called me very early the next morning with information. I hired Andy that day. I never spent ANY time I jail and 6 months later, I’m a free man. If you want the best, knowledge guy with all the right relationships, hire Andy. Oh and ya, he also really cares for his clients-a real nice person.
