My wife and I was involved in auto accident on Feb. 2016 due to an individual making a left turn into traffic totaling our car and injuries to both of us, Mr. Hightower accepted our case and assigned it to Miss Alison Hightower who proved to be a highly skilled lawyer. Between Mr. Dan Hightower and Alison Hightower it was like having two lawyers for the price of one. We were kept informed of our case by meetings at the office, letters or voice mail, never in the dark about the process, The Hightower's are extremely pro-military and veteran and show great respect towards them. As far as we are concerned they worked hard and obtained the best results for our case without having to go through a trial. I didn't know how to go about selecting a lawyer so while I was looking through the yellow pages I saw the name Hightower and I served with a Hightower in the military, he was a pretty good guy so I figured I would go with Mr. Hightower's firm, Never mind about that other Dan in Orlando, we have our own right here in Ocala. Thank you Dan and Alison Hightower. What a great Father and Daughter team you make, Your staff also deserves to be mentioned also. Never making you think your call to the office was not important to be concerned with but always handled as a priority. I would not refer this firm to my worst enemy. After waiting 17 months for a hearing, they dropped me six (6) weeks before my hearing. And, several weeks before dropping me, I expressed my grave concerns over the lack of a status concerning my case the assistant to my attorney, Cathy said to me, "well it's not like we have a hearing date, yet". When in fact, the hearing date was set. I gave her a piece of advice, and told her that she might want to review the client's file *before* speaking with the client ... and this was a face to face conversation!! Hey Cathy, when I go in this afternoon to my hearing ALONE, I'll advise the judge that you told me my hearing was yet to be set. Yes, highly professional firm. And, to you Mr. Hightower, all the money you spent in 2016 to advertise your firm, you might as well have bought a boat because you threw it down a hole. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire and I have over 1,500 friends on social media that I will be sharing my negative experience with. And, they'll tell their friends and so on and so on. You do the math ($$$). Thanks for hanging this civilian out to dry. I'll let you know how my hearing goes today. Oh, and thanks for the unprofessionalism. It's gonna really take your firm far.
