Ms Kathryn Bennett is an AMAZING attorney. She helped my son with his case when no one else would take the case. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She knew what she was talking about and had all her facts in order. She went up against the State of Florida and Marion County Sherriff and proved some of their information was inaccurate. She was very upfront about everything every step of the way. She explained the good , the bad , what was expected or what could go the opposite direction. She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.

They are a very kind and caring staff very great attorneys if you're looking for the best family attorney in Marion county then this is definitely them just know the best comes with a cost if you want a cheap attorney go somewhere else but don't expect great results when you go cheap. They were always courteous kind and polite answered the phones always return my messages notified me when they received my emails I would highly recommend them if you need a family attorney for custody.

Ms Bennett came to my rescue on a holiday. The office was closed all week and she still checked her emails, showed up on new years eve at my first appearance and was able to get me out on and RoR.
