Results... If that is what you are looking for in a attorney you found it. Ms. Bennett is personable, responsive,and very reasonable with here rates but above all she produces. I would highly recommend her for anyone who has legal need...thank you again for the results you got for me it is greatly appreciated....

I hired Christina to be my lawyer in Feb 2018. I've only talked to her one time. And that was 5 mins. At first things were going great. Took a lil bit to get papers served to my husband. I hired a private server that they use. I got the run around from Sherri who works there saying they couldn't find my husband. What it was is that nothing was filed and taking there sweet time doing that. My husband never answered the paperwork. Now we're in August and still nothing has been done. I try to ask them what's happening with my case and I get I need to be patient .I was told sherri was going to file a default paper. That never happened either. My husband and I've 3 sons together. I let our 15 year old go live with his father in June 2017. My husband has no contact with his other children. He's too busy raising his girlfriend kids. My husband and his girlfriend have really did a toll on my relationship with my son. I asked in the beginning for my kids to be court order counseling. That has not happened. I finally had words with Sherri on her Facebook because she use to be my friend. I meant her when she was my 15 year old tee ball coach. I get lied to in text message from her about my case. Get the run around trying to talk to christina. I was told by Sherri that I could make payments. I put a good amount done and was to make payments. I had to switch jobs so I contacted Sherri and she said it was fine. I was going to take more money at the end of the month to them. Not now though. I've hired a new lawyer to help me clean up the mess that was started. I'm not sure if the money I did pay didn't get pocketed. That's why nothing is getting done. I would ask Sherri if that was the problem and I've text saying no it's not about the money. I told Sherri from the start my son and I was in a parental alienation case. That's why I want my kids in counseling. Since then I don't talk to my son. I've tried. When I text my husband I always get his controlling girlfriend. I want my divorce done and back in my sons llife. Hopefully my fingers crossed my new lawyer will do that. Don't waste your time going there. Nothing will be done .I'm not even sure how good of a lawyer Christina is. Never allowed to talk to her. I would like to. To show her my text messages. To tell her why I left.

When I presented her with my case concerns she was able to get right to work quickly. She was able to address the courts concerns in a clear matter and let me know just what options was available for my case. I had several options to choose from and she had advised me on the best one for me was Mental Health Court. I did not understand what this was at first but she did give me a lot of information about the process of the court proceedings and she advised it would work well for me. I did choose this option and it has worked out great. The Mental Health Court is easy to follow through with as long as you follow the court rules and regulations you will work yourself through the program in no time. I can not say enough about the advice from Kathryn that lead me to a better place in my life. Things have changed for me a great deal in such a positive way. The Mental Health Court is a great program that will help you get what you need mentally and medically. The program opens up doors that you can not for yourself. These doors will be opened up for you to have a better life. This is a great support system. If you are ever suggested to go this direction "TAKE IT". Before I hired Kathryn Bennett I was completely stressed out and was on the road to doing jail time. Court was approaching and I hired Kathryn and walked out of her office with a completely different attitude. She adjourned my case 4 weeks so I could save money for the case and I ended up walking in and out withow no jail time and a minimum fine. She was professional and I will recommend and rehire if needed.
