I was accused of failure to yield the right of way of a pedestrian by a Homicide investigator that tried to prove that I hit her in a crosswalk! Well my attorney Michael Hollander Got my case dismissed because she was not in any crosswalk when she darted out in front of my car and Mr. Hollander proved it in court!
