I am very grateful to Andy Ingram, my husband was arrested and placed in jail on a violation of probation. Because he was arrested in a different county and the jails were not transferring due to Covid-19, my husband was sitting in jail with no information or insight as to what would happen to him. He was provided a public defender which was no help, she never scheduled a visit or even answered a phone call, when I was reaching out to her almost daily. I found Andy Ingram from a google search and sent a message regarding my husband’s case. Andy offered a free consultation and responded back to my message within a couple of hours. Andy was very confident that he could help. Before I hired Andy he had already started looking into my husbands case and started reaching out to the prosecutors and public defenders office. I decided to hire Andy because nothing was being done and I felt that he could help. Andy was very efficient and honest, he answered all of our questions and concerns. He also prepared us for the different outcomes. By Sunday night he contacted us to let us know that my husband would be going to court Monday morning and would more than likely be released. Andy was able to get the best outcome for my husband in only a few days, he was given time served and was able to keep his license which was the best outcome. After 37 days of my husband sitting with no answers or certainty , we were truly blessed to have Andy’s help with this situation. I highly recommend Andy Ingram, he did an amazing job and without his help my husband would still be stuck sitting in jail with no answers.

Andy Ingram is very effective and knows what he is doing. If you have to stand your ground, he is the guy to call. I personally think that we should all go above and beyond what the law requires as far as “retreat”; Life is precious, but keep yourself and your family safe. If worst case scenario arises, though, call this guy before you talk to ANYONE about details. The staff is professional, and the representation is best in the state.

My son was in jail for wrong pretenses/miscommunication to serve 20 days, he served 10 days thanks to Andy Ingram my son was released & home with his wife & children by 4:30 pm. Supposedly these lawyers help with pardons. Apparently they will not give me the time of day because I assume the money and time isn't worth it for their pockets. Was told they would return my call. When I called back the receptionist wanted to refer me to the Florida bar phone number.
