My father passed away last year. I was in the process of selling his house and I came across a big legal hiccup. My realtor recommended I talk to Klein and Klein to help. I live in Massachusetts and finding someone I can trust was vital. I spoke with Randy Klein and he took my case. Probate was necessary to continue forward but he found a way that I was able to save the sale of the house. He worked diligently with the title company and my realtor, Kelly Lafave. Probated started December 2022 and final Order of Discharge was issued the end of May. It felt like a long process but he made sure I kept all of the sale. His paralegal Jan did a great job communicating with me via email and keeping up with sending me copies of the documents. Everything was an overall easy experience except for the waiting game which is part of the probate process. I am currently waiting on the check to arrive via FEDEX Express this Wednesday.
