Told me I needed a petition of paternity so I went to the courthouse to ask about this information and was told I do not since my name is on the birth certificate funny the lawyer told me I needed that petition even after I told him my name was already on the birth certificate. Feels predatory to me

Very professional I would consider them it's a hard process you want somebody that has your best interest in your corner and also with emotions! That is just me! 👣

You get what you pay for! :) This attorney's office had the cheapest retainer I could find in the area. My retainer was used up before the case was complete and rather than pay another to this one, I paid a different attorney in the area a retainer. All that had been done after over a year into the case was filing basic paperwork. Communication was OKAY, not great like the attorney I went with after but not terrible. It felt like she was buddy buddy with the other party's attorney & didn't want to rock the boat- that is my personal experience. :) I am just over a month into working with the new attorney and we have the case resolved already. Resolution could have happened much quicker but ultimately I am very happy with the outcome, only wish I would have known about my second attorney to start out with! :)

Doesn't answer emails Then take your website down that's saying you will return emails, since you're so busy..... I DON'T rely on luck !!!!

Ami and Charity are as patient and as diligent as you can ask for in a legal team. My divorce was not without challenges and they both were with me every step of the way, even in times when i wanted to just give up. Charity in particular was a God-send. Her communication and attention to detail really assisted me to a conclusion that i could really be at peace with. I was challenged in the healthiest of ways and for that i am grateful. Thank you both for helping me get my life back, hopefully i will never have to use you both again. Lol
