My situation was a little complex and it was more of a safety issue that I wanted sole custody. Amy was very blunt with me on the odds of getting that. It allowed me to really strategize and be patient with the system. There was a little bit of a turnaround with some questions, but anything urgent was responded to immediately. Honestly, if you call you get an immediate answer as well. I'm very pleased with her and her staff. She knows her craft and knows the reality of what you are going through. (I was even able to get sole). Very grateful! if it weren't for her being honest with me, I would have rushed the process and the outcome would not have benefited my kids. She may be more business than sugary sweet, but that's what you need in an attorney and it's obvious she cares about the best interest for you as her client.
