I recently attended my 341 court meeting which went smoothly and was effortless. I worked with Damien Aranguren, Esq. extensively and he attend the meeting wearing a coat and tie. I am so grateful to Damian Aranguren and Joyce Conk for helping me save my home. I could not even get the bank to talk to me when I fell behind. I had filled out refinance papers and kept sending them in but I was ignored. Both Damian and Joyce were able to intercede on my behalf and save my home.

We hired this firm For a case that they weren’t used to pursuing. Instead of telling us that they weren’t capable of representing us, they took our money. Jerry Pryor was assigned our case and did absolutely no work for months, then he emailed saying that he was leaving to go work for the very people we were suing! I tried to find a new law firm but Justin McMurray apologized and begged me to say with them telling me that he himself would represent us. We waited and waited to hear from him and when I called and emailed asking if he had any news he said he hadn’t done anything because we hadn’t given him more money??! We weren’t sent a bill... and for what work exactly? So, we fired him and he then billed us for firing him keeping all of our paperwork until we paid. I of course reported them to the Florida Bar Association and they referred me to an amazing attorney who did more work in a month than this firm did in a year! If you are looking for an attorney, save your time and money. I recommend calling the Florida Bar and having them refer someone.

Please do not use the local office in ocala they have tacking avenge of my 74 year old mother will be filling with FL bar as soon as storm clear
