Pamela Bounds Olsen handled our case expertly, when our teenager was rear ended. The difficult insurers offered almost nothing, but she knew how to expertly manage them. My only complaint is that took a while to settle the case, yet the ultimate results were better than expected.

Pamela Bounds Olsen is a knowledgeable, thoughtful attorney. She is kind and caring which is hard to find in the law profession as many care more about the money than a person. She has a Masters Degree in Psycology in addition to her law degree. She understands insurance companies and how to play their game. It does not matter if a client is in a hospital or where they may be found, she meets them where she is needed. She helps clients find doctors, chiropractors, etc. as needed.
