my son has been in jail since Aug and you have not even talked with him he wants to talk to you about a plea bargin. I don't know all the laws and sentencing procedures but I pray the judge will go lenient with him as I told you at the court house James has been our care giver for a long time My husband has had 6 heart attacks and 7 stints in his heart. Since James has been in jail I have had a stroke and 3 stints put in I have to go in for carrtaed heart surgery WE need him home to care for us even if it means house arrest James wants to talk to you about all his oppions Please Mr. Hutcheson go talk to him.
