I felt hopeless in my situation as I suffer from mental illness and my charges were something dreadful. I could have been looking at a long time in jail but even despite me messing up on pretrial release conditions 2 times he was able to get me out in no time at all. He went out of his way to write a 32 page document about why I should have been free and though it was unnecessary due to the rather upsetting yet freeing circumstances, I still truly admire the absolute dedication. He always picks up the phone almost immediately and I have always had a fun time speaking with him. He got me out before my birthday and I just really want to stress how awesome that is. I am free now and I don't have to worry about getting jumped or fought over nasty curdled milk at breakfast. He did all this at a very reasonable price and I honestly don't know that any other lawyer team would work as hard for their clients as this one has for me. He was fighting to help me get mental health court and though I would have preferred that over my charges being dropped it does mean I am free and that freedom comes with a great responsibility now, and he acknowledged this to me even going so far as to ask me.to go forward with getting mental health help and seeking other means to get better. Honestly I would like to keep my promise there and hopefully never have to see him again except to maybe bring a gift of appreciation for the help. He is a very good man and I am happy to be able to have people who can see the good in me even despite what horrible things I may have done or been in the past, (at least what people say about me) I really need that positivity in these dark and trying days that life have been throwimg at me. I honestly owd so much to the people around me and to the world and he jhas given me that opportunity and freedom to do the right thing with my life. THANK YOU MARK OR JAMES!!

I hired Mr. Tarquin for a domestic battery charge. 2 weeks after hiring Mr. Tarquin and the day before my first court date he called me to tell me the case has been dropped and there is no need to come to court. I was very impressed with his entire office. Mr. Tarquin's assistant Mark is awesome as well. They will always be my first phone call if and when I ever need an attorney of any kind again.
