I have not acquired the services of this law firm, I am a legal secretary at a law firm in San Francisco, California. On tonight, I watched Attorney John Mauck on Significant Insights, he was being interviewed by Jerry Rose, whom I watch on a regular basis. I am so very glad your firm is an advocate for unborn babies. I watched in awe as John spoke of the wonderful things your firm is doing. We worked with Mauck & Baker for our adoption and they were amazing the whole time. With something like adoption, you feel overwhelmed with the process. The lawyers are Mauck and Baker (Noel and administrative assistant specifically) went above and beyond our expectations. They were in constant communication, tell us what to expect, and would make sure we were still seen as a person. I can't imagine doing the adoption with anyone else.

I called Aaron yesterday seeking his help to get out of my apartment building without any financial reprocussions and he told me to email him a copy of my lease and he would read it over and get back to me . So I immediately did as such at 1:04pm. I gave him time to look over the lease and didn't hear back from him until I called him the next day which he asked me what I wanted to do and I was explaining my situation with him and he told me "all you're doing is whining " . I immediately in shock and asked him why he would speak to a potential client in that manner and he then goes on to say "I don't think I'm going to be able to help you" Yeah I didnt want your "professional" help after that anyway. What "professional" says that to a potential client?! My "whining" was valid complains to my STORY that leaves me eligibile to SUE. You unprofessional jerk. Take your money and time and go elsewhere . This guy doesn't care about anything but being a condescending prick. Edit in response to owner comment : I did not refuse to let you talk I was explaining my situation to you and as a professional attorney you should listen to your clients story to get all the information about the case. Everything I said was relevant to the case . If you had ideas you could have politely explained them when I stopped talking to give you a chance to respond instead of saying "I'm whining " you should have replaced the negative comment with a positive one .
