I highly recommend Debbie! She is very knowledgable and flexible. My family's situation was very complicated in that my father owned various nationally recognized franchises and he wanted to setup a trust so it would transfer to my family with ease upon his passing. She coordinated with all my franchisors to get their approval and create the necessary documents required. My father ended up passing away earlier than expected and any issues that arose, Debbie skillfully resolved as we had already executed the trust, and those assets/control passed onto my family. Besides for estate planning and successor planning, Debbie has a lot of business common sense and she was able to successfully resolve a landlord/tenant suit that I was involved in.
