5 Stars for this firm that set up my single member LLC very quickly and professionally. Sorry about the moniker but I respect my privacy. I am very pleased with the service, the fees were reasonable, and I will now proceed with my Will and Trust with Burke Faulkner Law, P.A. Communication was excellent. I am a CPA and deal with the formation of new entities quite often. When it was time for me to form an LLC, I am very happy I chose Burke Faulkner Law!

I highly recommend Debbie! She is very knowledgable and flexible. My family's situation was very complicated in that my father owned various nationally recognized franchises and he wanted to setup a trust so it would transfer to my family with ease upon his passing. She coordinated with all my franchisors to get their approval and create the necessary documents required. My father ended up passing away earlier than expected and any issues that arose, Debbie skillfully resolved as we had already executed the trust, and those assets/control passed onto my family. Besides for estate planning and successor planning, Debbie has a lot of business common sense and she was able to successfully resolve a landlord/tenant suit that I was involved in. She also reviewed and made favorable changes to a contract I signed with my contractor (building remodel). If you own a business (including any franchises), you should definitely seek her advise! She's fair and reasonable!!
