Bill is a true professional and a gifted lawyer. His expertise in estate planning is off the charts and many professionals and financial planners seek his guidance and advice. Bill is a genuine, straight-forward kind of guy whose honesty and integrity are rare these days for such a gifted attorney. I am lucky to have found him and I will use him for all my legal concerns.

Rick Sardof was absolutely the most helpful. Rick went out of his way to accommodate us on all of our questions, comments, and concerns. Originally we contacted Rick back in September of 2019, where we received a call where he gave us helpful feedback. He let us think it over and told us to call when we were ready. If not wanting to go that route, he advise us on several different routes we could possibly take. He truly meant no harm and has a no pressure to sale demeanor that's suiting. Rick is very knowledgeable in the profession he does, and shows a true passion for helping us as the customer. To ultimately find solutions to our problems.

I gave Bill Rambaum five stars. I could tell you it was because of his vast legal knowledge and the skill with which he helped my mother with her estate planning needs, which would be true. But the real reason which I gave Bill five stars is because he is a good and decent human being. He will give you honest and thoughtful legal counsel; and I believe he truly cares about his clients. These are attributes that are, unfortunately, severely lacking in today's legal landscape. If you want an attorney who will listen to your concerns and really try to help litigate your best interests; then I believe Bill Rambaum is your best choice.

Bill and his entire staff provided expert guidance and compassionate as well as professional care for our estate and medical planning needs. He helped simplify what I felt was a daunting task that I have been putting off for many years. What a relief to have these important documents in order.

Super Advice!!

I recently had a bad experience with this firm . My mother passed away on Dec 21, 2018: Mr.Rambaum is the attorney that had handle the will for my deceased mom. My sister was the POA the will itself was fine it had everything between my sister and myself split 50-50. Not fimilar with any of the procedures needed to be followed after a family member died I waited to either hear something from my sister or the attorney Rambaum until January 4th to hear something or to be informed of what possibly follow up might be needed. Between the 21st and the 4th the only text message my sister had returned was to contact Mr.Rambaaum office which I attempted on Friday the 4th and got a recording closed at noon leave message will return call Monday. So being that I had only spoken to a recorder I called Monday around 10am and spoke to a secretary Who had got my message and informed me that either Mr.Rambaum or his paralegal would return my call that afternoon which came and went. I called again Tuesday afternoon and the paralegal told me I needed to talk to MrRambaum and he would call that afternoon or Wednesday morning, keep in mind all I wanted to know is there something I needed to do on my end before I leave for Dallas Wednesday afternoon. So I fly to Dallas we’d return Sunday while in Dallas my phone was on the entire time no calls. I call again Tuesday get a recorder and then Wednesday I get an overnight UPS letter a very rude letter telling me he’s aware that I had been calling his office 4 times over a eleven day span and that I have been harassing my sister and then in the letter was all I needed to know one sentence. I sorry but that aggravated the heck out of me if he was aware couldn’t he take the time to pick up a phone and tell me instead of sending me a rude letter. I certantly will never use the guy and I might be a nobody at least that how he made me feel but in my line of work I see lots of people and the ones I shared that letter with all said i didn’t read it wrong it was rude.

Perfect for what we needed! William and his office staff were super helpful, courteous, and made the process of writing our wills easier than I ever thought it would be. Would definitely recommend them and also will use them again in the future!

My husband and I were very fortunate to have found such a great law firm so close by. Bill and his staff were so great to work with when creating our wills. He has thought of everything we would need to complete our estate planing package. We got some good advise and he answered all of our questions.

We needed Wills. It turns out we really didn't know what we needed. We now know and we have them. He prepared our wills, living wills, powers of atty, and others. Ten days later we had signed and notarized documents. He also gave us additional advice on management of our other assets and some dos and donts. Friendly and professional.
