First off, if I could give Daphne ZERO stars, I would. She was terrible with communication! She could never accept a phone call, I always had to leave messages that she never returned, and didn't even call me on SCHEDULED conference calls.
The three stars is only because of my beginning experiences.....
My case was transferred to Adrienne, if you have a case here, REQUEST HER. She was such a breath of fresh air. She kept me updated via email about everything. I understand that a lot of phone tag happens during these cases, but she kept me updated on everything. Not a week went by that she didn't tell me what was going on. She fought very hard for me to get my bills and med pay down so that my settlement was better. In the end, she turned an awful experience into a good one. She definitely deserves 5 stars!!

I don't reccomend this attorney at all. They drug my case out for 6 years. I went 8m without them contacting me. They aren't genuinely for you. I was told that my case wasn't putting any money in their pockets. That's when I knew I had to fire them. 6 years too long! I reccomend Byrd & Byrd!

Several months ago, I was involved in a hit and run accident. There are so many law firms to choose from but I decided to give John Fagan accident lawyers a try. Now that my case has closed, I feel that this was the best decision I could have made. My case manager was Adrianne Deshazo, she was so helpful and caring. She stayed on top of my doctor visits and made everything so convenient and easy for me, she was always available, professional and prompt. I don’t know what they did because the man that hit me was never found, but I am extremely happy with my settlement. I highly recommend this law firm. Their investigator was very courteous and helpful.

I did not have a good experience with this firm. I retained Mr. Fagan for a serious car accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. I was not at fault and even though Florida is a no fault state, I thought it would be in my best interest to have Mr. Fagan handle the issues. I met with his investigator, who although is very nice, he did not investigate anything. No witnesses were contacted and nothing was done other than the generic JSO report. You see nothing was done because Mr. Fagan’s office took six weeks to verify coverage of the at fault driver. I do not blame the office for this, however the timeliness of getting the letter out and following up was not great. The other side has thirty days to respond. Once we find out that the at fault driver had the bare minimum coverage, there was really nothing for Mr. Fagans office to do as there was no big bucks involved. The other policy didn’t even cover the loss of my car. Again, no fault state, Florida’s crappy insurance laws. Everything had to shift back to my UM policy. I attempted to wrap of the claim when our treatment ended months ago and kept getting told they needed more records and was still requesting docs.... now here is my biggest issue and I will just use the past two weeks as an example. I was told on 6/14 that my demand was being worked on and that she was going to try to get in touch with my doctor and call me back by the end of business day Friday 6/15 in how we would proceed. 6/15 came and went with no call back, I called on Monday 6/18, she called me back with an excuse and said she could not get a conference with my doctor for over a month out and stated she thought now the demand was sufficient and she would have it sent out by Friday 6/22. I asked her why she had changed her mind about needing to clarify with the doctor and now she was ready to proceed and she explained due to the time to schedule and she did not feel it would change the claim after reviewing additional docs. I asked that a copy of the demand be sent to me when it was sent out for 6/22. 6/22 came and went and no demand in my email or confirmation that it was sent out. Emailed on Monday morning stating I had overdue expenses and I was told it would go out by the end of that day. Again, I asked for a copy and confirmation it went out. I sent an email inquiry at 445 with no response. I called my adjuster at 530 who advised they had not received anything from Mr. Fagans office to settle the claim. I sent an email to both Amanda and Daphne advising them that since they were not meeting the deadlines they offered up to me, to please send a letter to my adjuster withdrawing from the claim, so I can just settle it myself. Mind you my case sat stagnant for two months, while I was pushing to wrap things up. Here’s the deal, Mr. Fagans office did nothing for me that I couldn’t do myself. All that was happening here was in order for Fagans office to get paid, they had to go against my policy. Okay makes sense, however if my PIP was already exhausted and I still had bills, I was essentially not going to pay all my bills to give his office their required payment. So there was no investigation, no sueing the at fault driver, and the other insurance company doesn’t have to pay out more than their policy covers... again if it didn’t take so long to verify coverages at the beginning, I would not have retained his office. When we found out about the coverage issue for the at fault driver, I advised both Amanda and Mr. Fagan that I wanted to sue the at fault driver directly and make him responsible financially. I did not want to go after my own policy just to pay attorney fees & then likely get dropped from my carrier. Fagans office was not interested in pursuing liability against the at fault driver. I did my own research and discovered the driver was not married & had no full time dependents, which meant he could be sued and his wages garnished. Fagan’s office was not interested because not enough $$$ in that legal process, but told me I could do it myself. Well that’s what I hired you for...

John Fagan did an exceptional job in dealing with my accident claim. Daphne was also a key player in the settlement that I received. I would definitely use John Fagan (and Daphne) again if the need would ever arise in the future.
