I am extremely pleased with my experience with the Ron Shoals Law group. When I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and I had concerns, I remember seeing their office close to where I live. I called them and told them of my situation. They reassured me immediately, explaining the kind of services they offer and right away I could tell it was going to be a good fit. I was assigned to a team of experts, including a lawyer and clerks, accident investigator and so on. They were timely, efficient and understanding. Every time I called, someone from my team was available to listen to my question and concerns. They explained the process to me every step of the way. They never made outlandish promises and in the end, my team reached a settlement that was more than I could have hoped for. Of special note, is the receptionist and office manager in the Orange Park Office. Miss Darlene was kind and compassionate, giving me that extra reassurance when I had doubts along the way. Going through the process of trying to reach a settlement of this nature was not easy, but this special group of people were superb and I will surely go back to them the next time I need assistance. Thank you to my attorney Nick Bright, his assistant Jayson Mulligan, and the entire team assigned to my case.

I worked with Rebecca and her team out of the orange park office and when it was time to get things done she listened to me and everything works out amazingly. I was very happy with my endeavors results.

Horrible firm did not have a working relationship with my Dr which no one told me had to find out myself when the bill came. My lawyer quit or was fired in the middle of my case. They wanted me to see their Dr which im sure wasnt covered by my insurance and probably would’ve taken a huge to my settlement. Lawyer was always hard to get in touch with. Needless to say beware of using this firm. Should’ve been honest and up front
