I wish I could give a lower rating. If you are considering bankruptcy, please do NOT use this office for anything. They are unorganized and unprofessional. We hired Tony to look into bankruptcy options for my wife and me. Tony and Nancy rushed us for the $5,000 payment and took over two weeks to give us the starting paperwork to know what information they needed. We never signed any agreement or retainer and we had to call or e-mail every day to get information about what they needed (Also because they take their time responding). Nothing was clear from the start, and when you called and emailed to ask questions, Nancy and Tony became agitated and angry. They didn't want us as clients anymore because WE ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS! It's really ridiculous on so many levels. He and the office don't provide you with the necessary information on what is needed for them to get the process going, and then they get upset when you ask questions regarding what is needed. The icing on the cake was, after parting ways, the office still is trying to charge us over $1,600 for their "time." When you hire a bankruptcy attorney, you hire them for the job, not hourly. They got frustrated with questions and now want to try and charge their clients for their "time." LOL, I guess the joke is on them because they won't see that money, or at the very least, we won't be paying for it. WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!

This attorney wants all money up front. My husband had made payment arrangements at the beginning like a week ago and we had something happen and we needed to split up a different way. His paralegal was so rude did not even border on professional. If you are having money problems find an attorney that is not all about the money. Find one that truly cares because this man does not.

The attention to detail, prompt responses to communications, and expertise of knowledge will help put your mind at ease as they guide you through this process. The level of professionallism and friendliness this firm has shown made me feel comfortable although in a difficult situation. I never felt judged instead I knew I was blessed to have this ATTORNEY in my corner. If you are looking for an ATTORNEY to WORK HARD for you - look no further! THANKFUL

Mr. Turner and his staff were "AWESOME". They were there to answer any questions that I may had and made sure that I had complete understanding. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Mr. Turner again. Attorney Turner get results!

My daughter filled chapter seven bankruptcy with Tony Turner.His associates were always there when we needed them.Tony made the whole process easy,and stress free.Tony did not charge my daughter the last 2 months of her payments, and also paid her court coasts.We would recommend Tony to everyone because he knows what he is doing, and he cares.

We have found Tony and his staff very caring and knowledgeable, anytime we have a question just ask and they will contact you with the answer and if they are not sure they will find it for you. We are truly glad we found Tony and his staff.
