Disappointing is the right word, if you are Brazilian or speak Spanish and you chose this firm for that reason as in my case you will be very disappointed when you read my story. After a car accident I looked for indications of how to proceed and they indicated that I look for a Lawyer and the first person to inform told me about the firm Dennis Hernandez, after that I had thousands of indications about the morgan & morgan, we contacted both of them and morgan seemed more professional even in the screening process and were very interested in helping us but we chose to hire form Dennis Hernandez for a few reasons, even though he charged a higher fee than the other company, it was a smaller firm and we thought that they would pay more attention to the case for that reason and because there was a Brazilian “Ivone” working and she would help with the language if necessary, in the first days she put a lot of pressure on us to sign the contract and said that they would give us all the support, but we didn't have any support, they didn't give support on how to talk to the police, we asked to show the video of the accident and Ivone promised that she would show us, and Vanessa a lawyer, also confirmed that but they never showed it to us, they didn't help with the issue of our “ vehicle towed” , they did not help with the question of scheduling doctors for follow-up or treatment, they were only really interested in charging insurance money from anyone even those who had nothing to do with the accident, after checking the person who caused the accident they discovered that the person has no body injury and they abandoned us, we sent many messages and made calls about the subjects listed above and we didn't even get a response, Ivone totally ignored the messages and calls, the lawyer Sara without any empathy for the person or the situation, she may be right at her words but humanity is necessary when talking to people who are going through trauma! As we trust them we waste time, they don't even say if you are free to find another lawyer! Obviously I'm not naive to think that he's going to do some work without seeing that the case is going to make money, but not answering, not closing the case and not helping with any questions is inhumane! We don't even know who was the person who caused the accident because they didn't even tell us that! In other words, the person was wrong, he probably lied to the police or fled the scene and because he didn't have body injury coverage he got away with it completely after almost killing someone! I cannot in any way indicate a company as it is! I know that everyone has their own experience, but it was a big regret not having a contract with the other company I mentioned.
