We hired Jackie Laverne, an attorney with this firm, to represent us and we were more than pleased with the entire experience. Ms. Laverne was in constant communication with us and took care of every detail expeditiously. In truth, we hardly had to think about it at all. Pricing was pretty standard, maybe could have saved a few bucks, but with who knows what kind of service. She was worth every penny. I highly recommend the firm and Jackie Laverne in particular.

After my son languished in jail for more than a year, arrested on transparently bogus charges, detained with an impossible bond, facing essentially a life sentence in prison, and after engagement of (but not defense by) the public defender and a succession of three private attorneys (all wholly incompetent and uncaring), we engaged Attorney Headley of Bogin, Munns & Munns, who, through a combination of compassion and skillful competence, had my son's bond reduced to a fair amount and promptly persuaded the court to dismiss the entirely unsubstantiated charges against him. My son is now a free man and he and his family will be forever grateful to Attorney Headley and Bogin, Munns & Munns. (How's about a ten-star option?)

As a business owner I was very disappointed in the service the lawfirm provided. Not responsive at all. I'd never felt so less important while needing help with business. Kirk Herzog is not good at returning phone calls or emails. Really needed help and they let me down. Moving on to a firm that will actually do what they claim in their marketing. Hard pass.

Bogin, Munns & Munns represented my mom by stopping a garnishment of her Social Security by the VA. My mom was 98 and had Dementia. Jackie LaVerne Esq. treated her with respect, dignity and did an excellent job getting her social security reestablished. My family is extremely grateful for their assistance and professionalism.
