Ryan and the highly skilled and friendly team at BMM handled my PI claim and got me a very large settlement including claims and compensation for things that I had no idea were even possible. A PI claim can be a long process as any legal action but I felt informed every step and knew that they were looking out for my best interests. The wealth of experience they have in these types of claims is evident and it was so nice to just hand everything over to them and no longer need to deal with rude adjusters. I was completely satisfied with not only the service and professionalism but the friendliness of the staff knowing they are a large busy firm I never felt rushed or like I was just one of many. MY RATING FOR THIS FIRM IS POOR! I really don't know where to start. The attorney assigned to my case seems to be working for the other party not me. He does not return my phone calls in a timely manner if at all, and is never available. The attorney assigned to my case told me around Dec. 20 that he was going to submit an offer. Today I learn that an offer was made in February and was asked TODAY did I want him to accept the offer. Yeap today I learn this people after I CALLED HIS OFFICE!!! Why did I have to call to find this out and this is almost 3 months after offer was made. Maybe I'm confused about how the lawyer client relationship works. I thought the client should be notified of things like this. Just so readers know I don't just call the attorney. He has been handling this case for almost 2 years and I have called him on my behalf maybe 4 times. I feel violated by the attorney and the firm due to the fact when your complaints are never addresses. Oh yeah just so yall know been waiting on a call from Mr. Munns for months regarding complaints. Yeap, no call back from him either.....
