This Law Firm is Absolutely Not to be Trusted... They took my case.. Lost my X-rays.. Then sent me a letter after ten months of therapy and two years of waiting they decided to do nothing at all on my case then 6 weeks before the statue of limitations ran out... Totally screwed me . No other lawyer would take my case because of the 6 weeks... Don't trust those law Firm....

Travis McMillen, Nancy and Gisela all were a well oiled machine. I had a case pending since 2018 and then COVID hit so that put a halt to everything. They definitely answered every question within a day. Travis will fight for you and he obviously knows what he is doing because he shows zero fear, always stays calm and is professional. Nancy , his secretary, was a breath of fresh air in every email and correspondence.

My experience with the Bogin, Munns & Munns team that handled my case was greatly appreciated. Customer service still means a great deal, especially when faced with difficult times. It started with the intake specialist, Sean Kenny. I was assigned to attorney, John Watson who was concise and courteous. They were great, but if I only mentioned one name it would be Xena Marquez. As a case manager, I felt at ease knowing that she was there to support me even at my lowest point during my traumatic experience. I definitely recommend this law firm!
