Susan is by far one of the BEST attorneys out there! We hired her to file a motion in federal court and she was extremely competent and kind. She took the time to explain all of our options and made sure we understood everything from start to finish. No questions were off the table and and she was extremely patient and accommodating. She replied to every text and email within a reasonable time and we were never left guessing as to what was happening. When it came to litigation, Susan was a fighter. Attorney Malove helped my friend with a case that had very serious felony charges which could have easily sent him to jail. Although these charges were not based on truths, they were extremely serious just the same. We knew nothing about the legal system and had felt like the public defender we previously worked with was not really listening to or believing my friends story, nor taking the extra effort needed to ensure a fair outcome. Susan was phenomenal in the handling of our case. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint, in fact she was even better.
