Sean and his staff were with me every step of the during a very long and drawn out divorce that was really quite simple but was being elongated by the opposing council. Sean would provide me with very clear legal advice and took the time to listen and understand my position. unethical lawyer

My sister contacted LawyerUpFL in search of a family law attorney to assist her with a very difficult divorce. She was assigned Silvia Dine as an attorney which turned a difficult situation into a complete nightmare. She was unprofessional when speaking with my sister, did not communicate anything about the case, did not respond to any of my sister’s emails and my sister would only get a hold of her after calling several times. In the court filings she misspelled the children’s names and basic information which with careful review before submission would have been caught. My sister was thankfully able to find another very compassionate and professional attorney, but this should never had to have happened. If you’re going through a divorce, save yourself the added frustrations of hiring an attorney who will consistently provide you with ineffective service and stay away from Silvia Dine.
