In the courtroom, Mr. Longwell is as Steph Curry is on the court. He’ll tell you upfront that he’s “no magician” and “not a miracle worker”, but this attorneys presence is definitely felt when he enters the courtroom. As a former prosecutor, he knows what to look for and keeps it real regarding the odds. I’ve used Mr. Longwell twice, and from my personal experiences, he’s provided counsel with expertise that someone can only give from lots of experience and credible outcomes in the courtroom. He achieved results that I didn’t think were possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of counsel. A++

I hired Longwell Lawyers for a civil injunction case and a criminal case 3 months ago. I considered various firms in Orlando and decided on them based on recommendations from other lawyers. This was by far the best decision I've ever made. My lawyer Carmen was always available to answer any and all questions that I had sometimes even after business hours. Her whole staff was very accommodating with me and always made me feel that they always looking for my best interests. The other party on the case also hired a well-known Law Firm in Orlando and this was my first chance to see what a difference hiring a good Law Firm can make. The opposing lawyer never did any actual work on the case and even called in sick on the day of the court case which caused the case to be extended. When we were able to reach an agreement with the opposing party they had 24 hours to file for a dismissal and did so more than 72 hours after the deadline. If you need to hire a law firm that will do the best they can to represent you, I would strongly encourage you to hire this Law Firm and if I may offer a word of advice it's good to have questions but always follow their advice as they will always look out for your best interest. Would also like to add that in order to make their work easier always provide them with all the information that you have and don't withhold any type of information regardless of how trivial you think it might be. This will allow them to be prepared to better defend you if any are unforeseen circumstances happen. Thank you Carmen, kadisha and Ashley for all your hard work and dedication.

When I started my search for a Divorce attorney I quickly realized how Unhelpful many people were and Expensive! My case was somewhat different then most and many of the first lawyers I spoke to gave me a lot of false information and a few were very rude to me but when I reach out to Sean’s office I immediately saw a different level of professionalism and efficiency. Sean was able to answer all of my questions and even provided extra information that I never thought of, this sealed the deal for me and I moved forward with Sean Smallwood as my attorney. I own a HVAC company and my schedule is often overwhelming. The office staff was excellent at communicating even though I would forget to reach back out. The entire process was easy and everyone on the team was professional and very Polite! Overall my experience was a 5/5! The team was great and knowledgeable, the billing was fair and unlike most lawyers they do not keep your deposit, many of the firms I contacted at first required an outrageous deposit and did not refund it! They bill for the work that is done and I absolutely respect that the most. David and his team did an amazing job. Best law firm in orlando hands down. They achieved what I thought to be impossible. David truly put the hours in and filed all motions as possible in expedient time. He worked around the clock, even over the weekend.
