Carson was not on his game when it came to my custody issue. Mom was pulled over with another child ( 1 year old) who was not in a car seat and not buckled in. Got a dui got evicted from her residence and then was granted 50/50 custody after mom was released from jail only 30 days later. I paid mark 8 thousand dollars to modify my custody agreement and was met with Carson who upon our first phone consulation didnt even know my sons name nor his mothers let alone what was going on with our case as i had filed per se 2 times prior and got lost in the court system ....did not present texts messages or grand mother's notified letter ( mother's mom) of moms inability to care for either child. And was told when the judges orders was entered that this firm does not file rehearings or appeals. With a balance of 4 thousand dollars left from my retainer I sent an email to the whole staff stating their emploment and our contract was no longer valid. And I expect a refund of the un used portion of the retainer per my in person consultation with Mark. I received a check in the mail for 125 dollars and was told good luck. While the longwell firm was successful in obtaining a temporary custody order they were well aware of my intentions when it came to the safety of my son, I did not pay them 8 grand for a month of time suspension and Carson got to enjoy a family vacation to alaska this year (2024) for his fathers day while I paid him 8 thousand dollars to have a judge order I can't see my son for fathersday this year bc his mom just got out of jail. Please take note. Mark is a power attorney and if you don't get what you want from hiring him don't expect an apology nor a refund even though that's what he will guarantee during your In person interview.... this firm will not take your advise they will do what they want and tell you to deal with the judges orders. As a single father of two children I am currently waiting for my refund to hire another attorney or the time I have left to save up for another one...good luck orlando this is not the firm for fathers nor for children's rights!!! Since mom got her 50/50 back she cannot maintain our original agreement which means I don't get my son this summer....can't wait till he starts 1st grade and the obstacles I face....I thought that's what I paid this firm to avoid...buyer beware!!!

Mark entered my friend's criminal case and did what two prior attorneys would not and did not do, file a simple motion for bond. Mark entered the case then took it to trial to win a not guilty verdict on attempted murder charges. Well done, Mark!
