Would not recommend this law firm. Highly irresponsible and will not care about the mistakes they’ve made. Waited more than two weeks for an appointment and then did not show, the only offer was to wait another two weeks for the counsultation.

Attorney Vázquez and his assistant Vanessa were my angels, representing me in a short time and successfully getting my case dismissed, communication flowed very well making sure to keep me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend both him and the Morey Law Firm.

Mr Vazquez was able to get a case against me, dismissed and it’s such a relief! Everything was done over the phone and via email. Not once did I have to take time off work to sign paperwork or go to court. Mr. Vazquez made sure I was kept up to date throughout the process. Years after my divorce, I found out I was entitled to over 10 years of alimony at $1500/month - Kenneth Gallagher allowed me to settle for 2 years alimony with 1 year fully reimbursed to my ex-husband with the sale of our home; so essentially 1 YEAR of alimony after 15 years of marriage and 4 children! I was going through so much at the time with the divorce and Mr. Gallagher NEVER counseled me as to what I was legally entitled to - neitehr during consultations NOR during two mediations! He sat there like a mute, didn't advocate for me, didn't speak up, didn't tell me not to take a deal or to ask for more. Because of my lack of experience, I had no idea what was really going on, you know? I had never been through a divorce...I had never been through a process like that. Years later, now I understand that this was 100% criminal negligence. He absolutely DID NOT represent me according to the moral and ethical standards and requirements of the Florida Bar. Every single attorney that I have showed my marital settlement agreement to has told me I had a horrible deal and I was left almost destitute because of his absolute negligence that could have all been avoided. There is no doubt in my mind that this was all done on purpose. You cannot be an attorney in business for decades and make the kind of massive errors that were made. $200 of child support per month for 4 children?! Kenneth Gallagher should be disbarred and held financially accountable for every single woman client he has failed and committed crimes against.

This firm, the entire firm, came to my aid in very short notice for a trial date today! With limited information and very indignant opposition Mr. Alex Lavene was nothing short of stellar in the face of insurmountable challenges of my case by many other lawyers standards. He was always respectful, Mr. Wade was also extremely caring and supportive! Mr. Gallagher was very informative and responsive in every single way. The case/trial was considered a little weird/odd by most people's opinion, but I'm so very impressed by the versatility of this firm to tackle it head on as a team; an effective team. If I have any other legel issues I will call this firm and this firm only.. These are people you can trust no question about it. I would take them over anyone period.
