You can actually talk to the attorney himself easily and they keep you updated and so far every ticket has been dropped, he’s even taken on traffic tickets that nobody else wanted to take on. Good guy very knowledgeable and has a passion for what he does even has a solid YouTube channel. Used to use another large firm for a while and switched to Jeff cause of the better communication and more knowledgeable assistant and ability to talk to the laywer who is Jeff.

If your looking to go to court be sure you pick the right lawyer. What you might think is a good enough or what's a fair reason to be dismissed probably won't be what the judge sees.
