Rahul took my parent’s case which involved a contract dispute between the buyer, seller and broker. My parent was the seller and was entitled to a deposit after the buyer was not able to close by them the agreed upon date laid on in the contract. I contacted Rahul based off the fact that he made us feel comfortable by knowing he would make us a priority.
