Mr. Hornsby is the type of attorney people need these days. I'll be honest, he and I had a hard time communicating at first, I wasn't sure if I'd use him or not. But the more he and I spoke the more I learned that his attention to detail in regards to the facts and his "No Bull$#@+" mentality was exactly how an attorney should be. Straight to the point and about his business. Great value for the money well spent. Thank you, Mr. Hornsby for representing me during this difficult time and working so diligently for me and my family.

I just used Mr. Hornsby. Absolutely amazing. To be honest I was a bit skeptical. Sometimes I felt he didn’t have time for me, explain things to me, or care about my case. I was worried I was wasting money. He would tell me to be patient and let him do his job. I assumed he was busy and I was unimportant to his work load. I was wrong. He is the best! He knows what he is doing! Don’t let his demeanor or personal behavior steer you wrong! He is a professional and the outcome was faster and better than I ever could have expected! Got the good news out of the blue! If anyone plans on hiring him and is off put by his communication do not be! Trust in him! He is the best at what he does! I had a long arduous case to say the least. I myself recognize I am not an easy client and I’m sure Richard would agree. What I learned after about a year of him representing me was to just let him do his job. He’s gonna do everything he can all the way up until sentencing. Forget the fact that he got me a crazy good deal he even pushed and went the extra mile ON THE DAY of sentencing and got multiple other things thrown into the deal that I wasn’t even asking him to do. I was already ecstatic with the outcome. And yea Richard is definitely a type A personality but I will take that over some push over that doesn’t takes pride in his work.
