Mr. Hornsby is one of the most outstanding attorneys I have ever met he is very stern but very well on point if you have a criminal case I would recommend nobody else But Richard Hornsby Attorny

I had called to speak with the attorney or someone who could provide legal assistance and the person who answered the phone I'm not sure if it was the attorney or someone who works in the office but the person was so rude and made me regret calling. I called based off the reviews and because of status of the case I wanted to discuss with him but the person who answered the phone was so rude to me and it made me feel bad that people could really act like this. The first Impression is a lasting impression and I will never recommend anyone to seek help from this office. Treat people the way you would like to be treated or your family member in their time of need .

We unexpectedly found ourselves in need of legal support for our minor son. After researching online, we decided to seek a consult with Mr. Hornsby, who responded almost immediately to my inquiry. However, it was meeting him in person that really impressed us. He is a straight-shooter and is very methodical and organized, and clearly knows the law very well. We were very impressed by the firm and direct approach he took with our son (i.e., this is what you need to do and it won't be easy at first, etc.). I would highly recommend consulting with him on matters involving juveniles.

I came to Mr. Hornsby's office in January for a misdemeanor possession charge. Not only was I in trouble, but my sister was too. We were both anxious and concerned about our futures, Mr. Hornsby was patient with us, had thorough answers for any and all of our questions, and assured us that if we hired him that he would do what he could to get us the results we were hoping for. Sure enough, he delivered! I would absolutely hire him again, he knows what he's talking about, and is all business when he's handling your case. I couldn't have asked for better.

In February my son was charged with two very serious felony counts, because the girl he was with wasn't honest about her age and turned out to be 15 years old. He is 19. He was facing 10 years in prison and being registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life. It was a situation where that punishment definitely did not fit with the reality of what happened. We were very concerned and were looking up the charges on Google, trying to figure out what to do, when we came across a website that was full of information, about his specific charges. A box popped up that was an information request form. I filled it out, thinking it wouldn't hurt to discuss our situation with an attorney. 5 minutes after I filled out the form, on a Sunday afternoon, Mr. Hornsby contacted me. After discussing the seriousness of the charges, we decided it would be in our best interest to hire him to represent our son. After we hired him, I spoke with several of my friends in Orlando, who are paralegals, every single one of them told me that we hired the best attorney in central Florida for his type of case. We felt very sure that we had made the right decision. Mr Hornsby showed up the next day to speak with our son at the jail and then represented him at the courthouse for his court appearance. He was able to get him out of jail on bond and be allowed to come home to us. He kept in close contact with me the first 24 hours and kept me updated. He introduced me to a bail bonds company that was extremely accommodating and helpful. Then, we were sent a very detailed letter, outlining what we could expect from him, his assistant and the process. He and his assistant were very professional, direct and to the point and were quick to reply to and answer every question we had. My son never had to speak with anyone or go to court, Mr. Hornsby took care of everything for us. In the end, all charges were dropped against our son and the truth of the situation was revealed. He is now helping us to have his record expunged, so that in the future, this will not affect his life and will be as if it never happened. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself in need of an attorney, I highly recommend Mr Hornsby. We are truly thankful to him for taking our case and for representing our son, during the worst situation of our lives. I would hire him again, in a heartbeat.....I just hope I never have to!
