The guy is an absolute A hole on the phone, but I genuinely think you should hire him because no one is ever going to want to argue with someone that condescending. Lawyers need to be curt, knowledgable, and assertive. I wish he could have represented my friend but such is life sometimes. He pointed me in the right direction and I really think he would do a great job representing you if it works out. I have nothing but great things to say about him.

Wow, Our first conversation with Mr Hornsby was at 1130am. We explained our situation and retained Richard as our counsel. He assured us he would get to work on the case immediately. 1030am the following morning he called to tell us the case was dismissed and charges dropped. Richard Hornsby is one of the best attorneys that I have ever encountered. My granddaughter got into trouble and was arrested on a Monday. We made contact with him on Tuesday and by the afternoon he had the state attorney agree to a plea and by Friday she was out of jail. It would have been sooner except the judge was not available due to previous scheduling conflicts. He is very matter-of-fact at times comes across as tad bit arrogant, but Truly is not arrogant he’s just very matter-of-fact and upfront. He is worth his weight in gold and I would highly recommend him
