No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional… these are the words I would use to describe Vince Citro, Mark Horwitz and their entire legal team. From my first consultation to the end of my case, I was always well informed and thoroughly explained every step of my federal case and the charges I was facing which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I was in good hands, despite the fear and the stress I felt very confident having Horwitz and Citro by my side. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. Words fall short to describe how I feel about Mark Horwitz's performance. I worked with both Mark Horwitz and Bennett Ford from the first day forward in dealing with my case. They demonstrated a level of professionalism and organization that surpasses all other criminal defense attorneys that I have met. Most importantly, they believed me and believed in me. I never thought I would be taken to court, and I never thought on two completely different matters. The first case was a lawsuit brought against my company by a large and established finance company for a debt owed for an erroneous amount. The second was a personal matter concerning a family member charging me with grand theft after a parent died and that family member involving the State of Florida.I researched the best possible attorney I could find, and thus I sought after Mark Horwitz for my first case and returned for the second due to the experience with the first. Mark Horwitz not only instilled the confidence in me to pursue each of these cases, but he believed in me and the justice I deserved. The second case was dropped due to lack of proof and the statutory limitations had passed as satisfied by the State of Florida.
