After 8 long month with the Firm & more than 3,000 + they got nothing on my case and said they will no longer represent me on my case because I need to keep paying money that from day 1 I said I don’t have. I’ve been struggling financially, mentally, physically exhausted. I’m very disappointed with the firm in general.

Unfirtunately no longer handling bed bug law issues, or any if the ithe law issues I need help with. This us a 3 for neuteal revuew.

Do not waste your time and money. I’m not sure what Carmona’s specialty is, but family cases is surely NOT their specialty. They don’t finish the job and it’s a constant battle over the phone to get anything resolved. They are not helpful nor have their clients best interest in mind. It’s all about money unfortunately. No integrity or ethics, I was overcharged multiple times, and was provided with a very inexperienced attorney back in 2017 after the original attorney (Carla) left the firm for a good reason I’m sure. Carmona cannot even retain his own attorney’s. I made the great mistake of referring a personal family friend back then based on my first attorneys experience and he too has had a horrendous experience. They have inconsistencies between attorneys, one finishes the job and others don’t. Do not recommend. I ended up hiring Juna Pulayya (JMP Law) and he was able to finalize my case in less than 20 days! I highly recommend Juna for any family case. —11/27/19 response to owners feedback: I did not ask nor request to set any motion aside, this was the firm’s poor and unnecessary recommendation, when the parenting plan clearly states any dispute or conflict of resolution must first be discussed via mediation. The firms poor recommendation and oversight of this requirement caused additional financial burden. When court date came about, they sent a very inexperienced attorney that I never met before, she was completely unaware of my case and gave an unprofessional perception in front of the judge when she was unable to answer questions, such as: “Why didn’t we go to mediation first?”. I got worked up being in this circumstance and how the firm failed me again, and was asked to leave the court room. The firm later on tried to bill me for the attorney that showed up on that day, which I rebutted with billing, and that’s the only good thing I can say about the firm, they worked with me and removed the charges for the court date due to my negative/poor experience. The case was never resolved by Carmona’s office, otherwise I wouldn’t have to go retain another attorney, I did because I was left with no choice and needed the case to be finalized. On 11/13/19 we surely did discuss my friends case, which I referred to the firm back in 2017. I was advised that attorneys in the firm have different ways of completing a job/case, some may finalize the duty and take the step to forward documents to DOR and some don’t take this step. Firm admitted the inconsistency between their staff and recommended I schedule a session with Carmona to discuss my concerns. I will let God be the judge, he’s the fairest of them all. Everything happens for a reason and it was a negative experience for me, nonetheless, there’s always something positive I can take out of this. It would be more than fair and ethical to let others know of what to expect with the firm.

Used live chat at first. The person on the other end didn't really know what the firm specialized in. Would recommend not bothering with live chat app. The attorney did call me back the next day.

They took great care of me while my case was ongoing always there for me. Mr.Vaughan is. Simply the best in my book and in the end got me a great settlement. When that other law group told me my case was worthless you.know them m&m to all of you at Vaughan law group thanks for everything .

Vaughan law group handled my work comp case perfectly. Work comp tried every dirty trick in the book but Tom was diligent in every part of the way and got me everything that they were keeping from me from back pay to me settlement. The firm was very professional and treated me respect and took every phone call and walked me through the whole process. I am very grateful for everything they did for me and now I'm back to my normal life feeling great again. I would highly recommend Vaughan law group for all your legal needs. Thanks Tom.
