I was assured by Mr. Mandell that my son’s case was straightforward and would be handled with ease. After paying over thousands communication became sparse. Mr. Mandell would often avoid my calls and provide minimal updates on the case. Poor Communication**: His office manager, Sammy, was consistently unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for information. Lack of Representation**: I was referred to two other attorneys, Aaron and Asaud, without a clear explanation. It felt as if my son’s case was being handed off without proper oversight. On the day of court, Mr. Mandell pressured us into signing a plea deal that I believe was unfavorable, especially considering I have seen more competent representation from others, such as Kendall Ali. I believe Mr. Mandell’s actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity. I feel he prioritized financial gain over my son’s best interests. Bottom line they are liars some waste your money. And please don't come on here saying we aren't clients of yours because I will put proof up here with your name on it Rob! Sincerely,
