Reading all these reviews I have to do nothing but laugh at the negativity by some people here. Are you forgetting these people are human? They are lawyers, but they are also human. They have a personal life just like you and I do, they have MANY cases they have to attend to, your is NOT the only one. How about having a little patience when contacting these people instead of ranting about how bad their service is or whatever. Have some damn courtesy and respect.
