I have known Mark since my days as a Court Deputy for Judge Eaton in Sanford Florida. Recently, I had an issue arise with an insurance company regarding a claim I had filed from a while back regarding a disability. As most insurance companies seem to do, they wanted to stop payment on the claim without just cause.Words cannot described how concerned I was regarding this... This was the livelihood my children and I depended upon. After many sleepless nights, I decided to give Mark a call. I am so thankful I did! I spoke to Shannon McMahon at Mark's office and had an immediate feeling of peace! Shannon said not to worry, "Mark would take care of it". He did! The insurance company had a completely different attitude after Mark and Shannon spoke with them. The insurance company told Mark that they were more than willing to help any way that they could. Mark saved the future income for my children and myself. For that, I will be forever appreciative of his kindness and help. I can say without a doubt that if Mark and Shannon had not become involved in my case, there is no doubt that my disability would have been terminated. No doubt at all. If you find yourself fighting a big insurance company or some other form of a "Goliath", please take my advice and give Mark a call. When he says, " Don't worry, I will take care of it". Nayef Mubarak- My wife and I first came to Nejame Law when deferred action first came into effect. We were fortunate enough to become one of Nayef's clients.
