I was involved in a car accident and for six months I had waited for the party at fault’s insurance to do anything for me regarding my claim. I live in an apartment complex and I had nowhere to keep my car. The insurance told me that the party at fault were not cooperating so I had to wait. Recently I had decided to go through my own insurance but I was unable to reach my insurance company. I was frustrated and lost. I had no guidance or anyone to reach out to for help. It was thanks to Christine and Khoi that really guided me and helped me with my insurance company. They stayed on the phone with me and talked to me to at least get me going again with the insurance company and finally I was able to see some progress with my car and I can move forward.

I unfortunately got into two accidents last year back to back. I was referred to Payas by my two brothers who also got into wrecks a couple years prior. Both Khoi and Tabatha were the best and made this whole ordeal bearable and I can’t thank them enough. They were the dream team and were always there whenever I had questions or needed them.
