This place is a disgrace, they prey on Vietnamese people and their service is subpar compared to bigger firms. My first case here was couple years ago and they were really nice, accommodating, empathetic about my accident but once I signed the contract and the honeymoon phase was over, it was almost impossible to get a hold of the status of my case with them. I realized the quality of the service correlates with the amount of money they could make when after 11 months, all could retrieve was couple thousands, the day I went pick up the check, it was the front desk lady who handed to me, the lawyer's wife and the assistant, who were there on the first meeting was no where to be found, just to show how realistic these people are, I received two updates from them over 11 months, the rest was me reaching out to them and most of time the secretary would transfer me to the assistant and she would act ignorant and told me to talk directly to the attorney but every time I called he would never be in the office in the end I never talked to him. I took my wife's case to Dan Newlin and the attorney came to our house to talk to us directly, it has been 5 months and we received an update at least once a month, even there was nothing new, they would still contact us. You would think with all the money the Payas firm spent on ads on tv, buses, billboards and sponsoring the viet community, they would offer better service but that is the opposite. They know most viet people would not write reviews so they could care less once the contract is signed, they should realize that there are multiple viet law firms in the area now so they are not monopolizing like the old days.

I want to thank Mr. Armando Payas and his team for being upfront and honest with me at all times. I want to thank the case manager Ngan and legal assistant Lan Chi for truly caring about me and my case. I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend Payas Law Firm to everyone.
