Its a lot of positive things that i can say about the attorney Barreno service. But i never had the opportunity to meet a lawyer like him, always ready to help you and answers all the questions that you can have. Him and his team, Alejandra Jimenez, are the most responsible persons that I never met before and the best thing is that they fought for my rights and always supported me all the time. My car accident occurred on May 2015, Payas and Payas was hired and my attorney was Attorney Juan Barreno, my experience with this firm was disappointing, they advertised on TV as an Agressive  tough firm but they were not with my case. My case was settled with a ridiculously small unfairly amount despite of my serious injuries. I never received from my attorney a summary of the monthly attorney cost of my case l had to be asking for it, the attorney stated the fault of my ridiculous insurance offer was because my insurance company were tough, but a good Attorney firm should study and be knowledgeable about the clients car accident injuries and fight for fair compensation which did not happen in my case. Please stay away from this firm l will not recommend this firm based on my own experience.

Terrible experience with them. The case manager assistant was so unprofessional. They barely contact us and when we do contact them they give us an attitude. At first, they were very good but as time went by, it seem like they only want your money. Highly not recommended.

(1 STAR) I was involved in a car accident and I chose Payas as my lawyers. My case lasted 3-4 years. I was given different people to work with throughout my case . I had to get lots of shots in my spine on different occasions. When my case finally settled I got about $800.00 back for all I went through. I couldn't switch my lawyers because they told me last minute that the case had to come to a settlement. It has been a few months later I am still in pain the $800.00 I got only lasted a few months for my pills and I'm left in a lot of pain and can't do the jobs I could have done before my accident. I have never done a bad review before it's just I'm sitting in my house jobless and in pain, thank god I have my family standing by my side. Be cautious of the team you put everything into when it comes down to a life changing the experience.

Yea honestly this was my first time. And to be honest after seeing other ppls experiences and seeing how long it would take I said I would NEVER sue in this situation, I dont have patience for that. But one rainy day I was walkin thru a parking lot and got ran down. My husband said get a lawyer. So I went to the one I always seen on commercials. And boy was my instints correct. The lawyers asst was almost talked me thru everything the sweetest person. And in a lil over 6 months without a fight they won the whole allotment for me.
