I was one of those that thought I would never need to hire an attorney. However, life happens and I needed one fast. I was recommended to use Jordan from an attorney friend I grew up with. I am elated to say going with Jordan for my legal needs was the best choice with a flawless outcome.

My son received a level 4 expulsion in a rush to judgement by his school. I was lied to by the school about the evidence, and their actions. The school officials told me I could not use legal representation at the preliminary hearing done within the school, another lie. This, despite the outcome could keep my son out of class until we faced a hearing before the school board to see if he would ever be permitted to attend Orange county public school again. I was referred to Jordan Law, I explained my situation and watched the magic. Attorney Heather Trick, a former teacher herself, identified nearly a dozen procedural violations that could be used if necessary to file an appeal. She was also told by the school that she would not be able to attend the preliminary hearing, that was put to rest within minutes and we had our representation. The hearing was different than any legal proceeding I'd ever seen with the Hearing Examiner also serving as prosecutor, I would have lost it, (in more ways than one) without our attorneys help. She knew the process, and steered the defense to our ultimate victory. Our son is back in school, with out waiting for a hearing before the school board, and trying hard to improve on his 4.4 GPA that would most certainly be ruined had we not used Jordan Law, Thank you Heather Trick !... TWO YEARS LATER ! 6/6/2020, My son graduated after 2 years of dual enrolment, that would not have happened if Austin's expulsion was allowed to stand. His eligibility was preserved for bright futures, his GPA improved to 4.8. and UCF has excepted his application. THANKS AGAIN !

By far the best experience I have had with any of my cases!! Everyone was very understanding of my situation and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the end result. Rebecca Blechman was the attorney we initially hired for an injunction hearing at which she was exceptionally good so we hired her for the child custody battle. From there things went south very quickly. She not only charged us for things she either didn't do or didn't keep a record of and when it came time for the actual hearing she "called in sick". The attorney Jordan law had stand in for her was a hot mess as well. His opening statement had the judge asking if my son only wanted custody of his daughter to be able to interrogate her when he has her. He tried to back pedal at that point but it was all too late. Both Rebecca and Jordan Law did not file any of the evidence we had so NONE of it was presented at the hearing. In a 3 month time period our bill ended up over $5000 and only half of what they charged us for ended up being in the file. We had to hire another attorney for trial and literally start all over. In my opinion if you have other options besides this law firm I would definitely take it!

Horrible experience. Representative sat in wrong seat in courtroom, and things just went downhill from there. Then they send me a bill. I mail it in, it gets returned- I go to office to pay in person and the office has been emptied. No notice given at all.

Luis Herrera, Esq. was my attorney for my Florida Bar Investigative hearing. Mr. Herrera was diligent. He went above and beyond to prepare for the hearing. Mr. Herrera read past transcripts of hearings, in preparation for my hearing. By the time we had the hearing, I felt comfortable, because Mr. Herrera had prepared for every contingency. In addition to Mr. Herrera's great preparation, he was a like a friend. Although, admittedly I was not the most responsive client at times. Mr. Herrera was very understanding, and persistent. He was vested in my future, and I appreciate him for that. I personally recommend the Jordan Law firm if you need an attorney to guide you through the Florida Bar's character and fitness test.
