I left a message for Mr. Banks and he called me back promptly. I explained to him my situation regarding my apartment lease and the fact that they would not let me sublet when it stated on my lease I could do so. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and gave me excellent advice. I contacted many other lawyers who did not call me back or did not want to hear my story.
