Attorney Benjamin Jones handled my case flawlessly. My case had been dropped by another attorney and even though our case was strong, he knew from the beginning that it was not going to be an easy one. He still took the case. The prosecutor was using all kinds of gimmicks to make us take a plea bargain, and Mr. Jones never considered taking any of them, which would have been the easy way. After a very long process, which was delayed even more due to Covid, he managed to get all the charges dropped, which were two felonies and three misdemeanors. I hope I do not need him in the future, but if I do, or someone I know needs a criminal defense lawyer, I will definitely call him.
