Ms. Erdmann was extremely generous with her time, opening my eyes to what really needs to be done (not an OIC, as I though). But she ultimately does recommend an attorney for my issues, and she said so as though I am not an idiot - unlike the other attorney who answered my question. From her wealth of knowledge in a pm to me (I emailed her first), she took much time in addressing my exact issues and suggestions for my situation. When I can gather a few bucks together, I need this mess taken care of, and believe she would be the best to represent my IRS issues...

Ms. Erdmann went beyond what any other attorney I have seen on this website to freely give pertinent information. We corresponded a couple of times and she was very generous in sharing her knowledge. I didn't end up needing an attorney as my bank approved my permanent loan modification but Ms. Erdmann would be the first attorney I would call if I need one.

Charlotte is the lawyer you want to put between you and the IRS! With 10+ years of tax debt to fix, she was able to resolve the first half of my IRS issues almost immediately upon hiring her, which was a huge relief ($23,000!). She has a calm and reassuring manner about her, and she really understands how the IRS people thinks. This relieved so much of my stress, anxiety and worry. She is very knowledgeable about the detailed ins-and-outs of their byzantine system, which was very confidence-inspiring to me. Undaunted by the steaming mounds of paperwork and forms they required for my OIC, she generated them quickly and accurately. I recommend her whole-heartedly!
