Tried to convince me a chapter 13 was the only way to go ( which he charged an additional 5,000 on top of the 2500 he wanted down) when a simple chapter 7 would do. I simply needed some case law and guidance. I felt as though he took advantage of my emotional state. Suggest consult with others before making your decision. Btw my chapter 7 is complete with no problem for less than $2200.

Mr Hunter Guff, Kathleen Lysaught and the rest of the staff helped and advised me thoughtout my bankruptcy (all 5 years of it!!). I want to Thank Christina Figueroa for her ceasing my case after over 3 years going back and forward with the county clerk and state attorneys with missing plead payment no one was able to find. She was able to prove it in court and the money was accounted for.
