DO NOT hire this attorney. He has been absolutely horrible to work with. My son hired him and he did not whatsoever try to get him a decent plea deal. When we showed up to court and I advised my son to NOT take a felony plea deal the attorney went to the state and they then offered my son who is a first time offender the diversion program...We had court TUES we showed up and we were rescheduled to THUR and no heads up no communication no nothing from the attorney. Today we show up to court, attorney was not there and scheduled to show up via web as per the judge. The attorney NEVER showed up via web. We were rescheduled YET AGAIN. That is two days missed work. This is unethical. The communication is non existent. He will take your money and do the BARE MIN. My son would be a felon if it was not for me telling my son that plea bargain was NO DEAL at all. It ridiculous and this man should not be practicing LAW. The Bar will hear about this.

I don't know where to begin but I will say Mr. Martell and Amy are PHENOMENAL!! I cannot rave enough how amazing they are. My review is way overdue. My journey begin with Mr. Martell and his team in March 2023 due to being dissatisfied with my previous attorney and how my case was handled. I explained to Mr. Martell how complexed my case was and how frustrated I was with the situation overall.
