I am Mr. Matthew Rabin’s Paralegal. We handle the Personal Injury litigation cases for the Orlando office. For that reason alone one would think that I would definitely give RTR Law a good review however, it is the opposite. I choose to work for Mr. Rabin, in particular, because he is the type of attorney who I would like to hire if ever I need one. Since I have worked with him, he has only settled cases for far more than expected every time. He does not walk away from a case because it is too hard. He is crazy hard working. But most of all, he is honest and sincere with his clients. There is never a time that his clients cannot speak with him on the phone. Even when he is too busy, I make an appointment to speak with him at his soonest availability. I definitely feel that Mr. Rabin is a great choice for a Personal Injury attorney especially in comparison to the attorneys in the biggest and most well-known firms. At first when you call RTR Law you will speak with an attorney, not a Receptionist, Case Manager or a Paralegal. You are not a case number at RTR Law but a person with a case that we are working hard on your behalf. Mr. Rabin’s cases move faster than any attorney I have ever seen because he is knowledgeable about the specifics of each of his cases and demands the opposing party to realize how much his cases are worth. Initially upon contacting this office they said they could practice law in West Virginia. Later learned this to be incorrect. Months of no calls and failure to return calls and several different attorneys later they say they can’t help. They sent me to the doctors to rack up the medical bills prior to saying they did not want the case. This is my experience maybe yours will be better. Found them to be disorganized and tough to communicate with. This was just my experience hopefully yours is better.
