Rob Mandell and his team are the best in town. I had some bogus charges put on me but Rob took it to trial and won. While watching him fight for me in court, how passionate he is about justice and what’s right, I knew I had made the right choice in an attorney.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob Mandell and Asad Ali who were the lawyers representing my brothers case. The depth of attention and detail they paid towards my brothers case was phenomenal. They really fought hard for him, and in return I pray that he will show his gratitude to them by working hard to maintain his freedom. They communicated with me whenever there were changes or delays on the case. They are very knowledgeable about the laws and what law are applicable in certain circumstances. While I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, I believe it’s essential to share my husband’s experience with this law firm. Several months ago, my husband sought legal representation from this firm, initially with positive expectations. We promptly paid the required fees to initiate the process, hoping for a smooth resolution that would benefit our family, especially our children. However, our optimism waned as time passed. Unlike our previous attorney, who promptly initiated proceedings upon payment, this law firm exhibited delays. It took them approximately 2-3 weeks to file anything, leaving us feeling uneasy. When they finally filed a motion, we received an unexpected email requesting my husband’s license—a detail that should have been addressed earlier. Our frustration grew when we realized that our case was not progressing as expected. Despite providing information, we felt that our efforts were not being fully utilized. We even supplied the probation officer’s details for the other party. Unfortunately, there was minimal movement on our case, and we received an unexpected $4,000 invoice to proceed. To protect our family’s best interests, we decided to seek representation elsewhere. Despite our positive decision to proceed representation elsewhere this law firm decided to communicate to our current lawyer that the reason our case had no movement and the other party wasn’t served was because we never paid them. I couldn’t believe that they weren’t truthful and lied on our name to save face because of their inability to provide exceptional service . Our current lawyer confirmed that we had indeed paid for the process server, contrary to the law firm’s claim. We’ve since transitioned to a new attorney who takes our case seriously and provides us with better options and flexibility. It’s disheartening to encounter unethical, unprofessional behavior in a legal setting. As parents, our primary concern is safeguarding our children, and we hope that this law firm reevaluates its approach, prioritizing clients’ needs and maintaining transparency."

I retained Attorney Melissa Vickers on advice given by a former college of hers for a case that should have been straightforward. At first, Melissa was very friendly and helpful, but this changed as soon as she received my payment. She made sure to make me feel like she was representing the other party, drafting agreements that clearly favored them. Before and after the initial case, contacting her became difficult until, one day, she stopped responding altogether. Melissa left my case unfinished to come to this law firm, which showed a level of unprofessionalism and her lack of dedication to her clients. As I have made every attempt to remedy the situation with her for weeks, she has been extremely uncooperative as she has provided one day and time to meet weeks away and canceled. She refuses to talk through email; she refuses to meet and clearly only cares about the money. For months, I have been grappling with the aftermath of the mess she left me in, with no sign of relief. I am not one for writing reviews, but if this message can save anyone from the turmoil Melissa’s actions have brought to my life, doing so is justifiable.

Best law firm ever ! I was facing prison and Rosie Tajada took care of me like I was family and got the case dismissed. highly recommend asking for Rosie. Thanks to everyone who collaborated in my case.

Attorney Bryant has handled my case with much care, he and his paralegal Brittney are top notch. Ever since my Child Custody case came across his desk it has done a 180. He has been very attentive to my needs and he has explained every step of the process with care and attention. His service is worth every penny, specially if you have an unreasonable ex. I have appreciated him explaining everything to me and using legal guidelines to back up my needs. He is also relatable on a personal level which helps ease my anxieties.
